【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesthegaschromatographicdeterminationof15chlorophenols(2,3-,2,4-2,5-,2.6-.3.4-and3,5-dichlorophenol;2,3,4-,2,3,5-,2,3,6-,2,4,5-,2,4,6-and3,4,5-trichlorophenol,2,3,4,5-and2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenolandpentachlorophenol)insoilsamples.Thismethodcanalsobeappliedtoothersolidsamplessuchassedimentsandsolidwastes.ThisInternationalStandarddescribesanacid-baseliquidextraction,followedbyacetylationandthenliquid/liquidextraction.Determinationofmassconcentrationisthencarriedoutbygaschromatographyandelectron-capturedetection.Thismethodisapplicabletochlorophenolsatthelowestmassconcentrationsrangingfromapproximately0,01mg/kgto0,05mg/kgdependingonthecomponentsensitivityandthequantityofsampleused.Insomecasescompleteseparationofisomerscannotbeachieved,inwhichcasethesumisreported(forinstance2,4-and2,5-dichlorophenols).
